Check nothing is left behind. Close the door firmly. Don't put money in yet.

Select Your Course

Choose: Wash & Dry / Wash & Dry (Small Load) / Wash Only / Dry Only. Select before inserting money.

Select Dryer Heat

High – Towels, Sheets, Blankets
Medium – Clothes
Low – Delicate items

Insert Cash or Card, Press START

Cash: insert coins/bills and press START.
Laundry Card: insert card — it deducts automatically.

Complete! Pick Up Laundry

When the machine stops, check it's unlocked. Please take all your laundry out promptly. Thank you!

TIP Drum Wash (Self-cleaning) Before loading your laundry, you can run a quick drum clean: just close the empty door and press the red button once. It runs for 1 min 30 sec.

New to coin laundry in Japan? Here are answers to the most common questions.

I don't know which machine is best for me
If you want to wash and dry together → use the Washer & Dryer. If your laundry is already clean but damp → use the Dryer Only. Our staff can help you choose (8:00–18:00).
What can I wash here?
You can wash clothes, bed sheets, futons (Japanese bedding), blankets, rugs, carpets, sneakers, and more. Please do NOT wash diapers, pet supplies, items containing oil, wool, or items labeled "Do not tumble dry."
Do I need to bring detergent?
No! You only need to bring your laundry. Detergent is automatically dispensed. Just bring your laundry and cash (or Laundry Card).
How long does drying take?
About 30–60 minutes depending on the load. When the dryer stops, open the door and check if clothes are dry. You can add more time if needed (insert more cash or use Laundry Card).
What can I do while I wait?
We have free Wi-Fi! Browse, stream, or relax. You can also leave and come back — if you can't wait, just ask our staff (8:00–18:00) to take out your laundry for you.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the store. Thank you for your understanding.
When do people use coin laundry?

Is smoking or eating allowed?
